Nepotism is the twin of corruption, it doesn’t only weaken the foundation of governments but also have a serious impacts on the economy, especially in developing countries. African leaders during political campaigns promise to fight corruption but in the reconstruction of the power in African politics, families, friends, political party membership among others become the determining factors that influence the location and allocation of the scarce resources of their country.
